'Without Merit' Judge Shuts Down Trump's Latest Trial Requent.

The federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s election interference case denied the former president’s request to stop the release of further evidence before the election — but paused the ruling to allow the former president a week to “evaluate litigation options.”

The decision Thursday afternoon by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan finds that making public Special Counsel Jack Smith’s latest redacted filing is “appropriate,” and that Trump’s “blanket objections to further unsealing are without merit.”

As in his previous filing, he identifies no specific substantive objections to particular proposed redactions,” Chutkan wrote in the ruling.

Trump had attempted to keep any further evidence against him in his criminal case out of the view of voters until after the Nov. 5 election.
One more liberal judge that will get slapped down on appeal...ho hum!

Haha, you dummies think any negative facts about the orange rapist are "election interference".

Amateur gaslighters, preparing to try to steal an election.
But this IS election interference, she’s doing this to influence people. That is the only reason she would want to release this information, knowing it’s probably going to result in a mistrial.

I will repeat. He is blocking the release of Jack Smith's evidence. Diaper Don keeps proclaiming his innocence. IF there is evidence of that innocence, why is he continuing to block it?
Because a prosecutor is not going to release anything that could exonerate the defendant, they would only release information that helps their own case.

Smith wouldn’t release anything that benefits Trump..

They don’t care that smith was illegally appointed.
You keep saying that, but fail to say which court, or what ruling they made to remedy the situation. You're starting to sound like you are just making up shit again.

There was no evidence from that release. It was an old report we already knew about, a giant nothing burger.

It’s just hilarious that Trump fights the release so you guys get all giddy when it does come out, as if it is some big deal. Then….womp womp….there is nothing there anyway.

The new information the release -- especially his comments about Pence -- really looked bad for him.
