The 2010s has given us quality dystopian fare.

Including a future where Earth is over polluted and overpopulated while Mars is a military dictatorship while the people who lived in asteroids were malnourished slaves.

A alternative past where the Axis powers won WW2.

A world where the Taliban took over.

If we lived in a more optimistic world what would fiction on TV look like?

Would there be more space fiction set in more utopian worlds?

Would fantasy with castles and dragons be dominant instead? Reality TV? Superheroes?

The Far Left & Left think life under a Trump Administration is like the America in “ The Man in the High Castle “

Philip K. Dick wrote the Man in the High Castle in 1962, and Margaret Atwood wrote a Handmaid's Tale in 1985.

It’s just one of the current fads.

These things come and go in spurts until people tire of them and they stop being profitable.

TVs always been this way
