This teacher was fired because she was the victim of domestic abuse. She might have kept her job, except that her violent ex showed up AT THE SCHOOL menacing others in the school parking lot.

With the number of shootings by perpetrators of domestic violence, the school had no choice but to protect the children in their care and let the magnet of danger go. The school has no obligation to expose the children to a dangerous situation to be politically correct.

A letter sent to Charlesworth said that school officials are concerned about her ex-husband's "threatening and menacing behavior," and as a result they "cannot allow" her to continue teaching at the Holy Trinity School.

That is a tough one. It's got damned if you do, damned if you don't potential written all over it. And the possibilities of huge liabilities if they don't and the stuff hits the fan as a result.

It is a good thing this is a private Catholic school or they would be required to expose the children to some KNOWN NUT bent on violence.
