Well....the "accidental"/crime in plain sight...meeting with Bill and Lynch happened. She and the FBI got their official threat to stand down. She and the FBI were reminded of the bad luck suicides so many others close to the Clinton Dynasty committed right after doing damage to the machine.

Warned them of how shitty IRS audits every year can be. How budgets get cut. How federal agents in cushy DC offices can be ordered to shithole assignments in West Virginia or Idaho.

If Clinton were a dictator as you say, and Lynch is his follower, she would automatically throw her decision in favor of Hillary, making the threat you claim Bill made unnecessary.
