People on the right wing were touting that this was government run health care, like our VA's, and Obama stressed that it was not a government plan, you could keep your insurance company plan and the doctor you have...this won't be all government doctors and government hospitals like socialized medicine.

Obama was right that you could keep private insurance, and your private doctor, this is NOT socialized medicine with govt hospitals and the such...

But he was wrong in saying they could keep the plan they had, especially if their employer chose to change their plan and not grandfather it....

We do not get to pick our choice of health care plans, or any of us working and getting it from work do not...we have a handful of choices of plans that OUR COMPANY PICKS to offer us, NOT one that we get to pick from the insurance marketplace.
