I don't recall any of our founders arguing that the job of the federal government is to do things that mean a lot to a lot of people.

This is pure wealth distribution and vote buying. He's attempting to take money away from people with no college degree to give it to people with one.

The administration won't answer how this is going to be paid for. They know the Republicans will fight it given the fact the scam was never passed as a bill by the House and is totally unconstitutional.
