This did not even happen at school It happed on some city street away from the school. It is bad parenting. Were where these parents when this happened and knife got out of one points house?

I'm pretty sure, even the worst parent would have to had told the child, either explicitly or implicitly, in the first 11 years of its life that it's "Not OK" to stab other children, teachers, or random adults.

We must give our young, vibrant, talented folks the freedom to express their feelings, particularly those of minority descent. In 20 years of using straights, I have never cut myself above a nick. In fact, because they are both sharp and heavy, the razor does most of the work and doesn't have to be pulled hard, like a disposable.
