The bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act would put $550 billion in new money into transportation projects, the utility grid and broadband. The package includes $110 billion for roads, bridges and other major projects, along with $66 billion for passenger and freight rail and $39 billion for public transit.

It would put $65 billion into broadband, a priority for many lawmakers after the coronavirus pandemic highlighted inequities in internet access for households and students across the country. Both of your Parties are happy to operate short term, it's been this way for decades, while long term the U.S dollar is in trouble in it's goal to remain the global reserve standard currency.

This is especially true when you consider how many are actually working to undermine the entire Petro-Dollar stance by pushing climate regulations (only for the West, of course).

For the record, Trump would have gained untold Goodwill, if he would have NOT have signed his first budget and demanded accountability at that time. He really didn't want to sign it but, was convinced over time. Paul Ryan and the gang provided poor advice, it could have made Trump a legitimate fiscal hawk and set the tone for politicians and voter expectations.
