Why should you even be considering making people do "the right thing". Right according to who? You?The vaccinated don't spread it nearly as much as those who are unvaccinated, given they contract the virus far more often.
Imagine people in a society caring about the health of that society. In other words, people being good human beings rather than selfish assholes. We shouldn't have to be making people do the right thing.
Supposedly our constitution guarantees each of us freedom and liberty. They come at a price and that price is not just the blood of our heroes and treasure.
You and your loved ones all have had the vaccine. I have not. You are protected against COVID-19, you don't know if I am or not. We are at a football game and your group sits right in front of me and thousands of other folks. If you and yours are protected, who is at risk?
