Unless the guy is breaking into the house, use of a firearm wouldn't be appropriate.

I'd hose him down every time I saw him. I'd grab the garden hose and douse him, head to toe, every fucking day...

Time to get out the garden hose.

We created the state to protect our rights. When the state refuses to do so, it is time to re-assess our need for said state.
