2nd Federal Judge: “Evidence of Government Wrong-Doing and Bad Faith” Regarding Hillary Server

As Hillary Clinton awaits word of when she and some of her top aides will be called in for a chat with the FBI, another court case has moved forward demanding transparency and testimony from her State Department staff regarding her email server. Assuming this stands, any of the principal players could be called into court to offer sworn testimony as to the evolution of events which led to sensitive national security information being potentially exposed.

"A second federal judge has taken the rare step of allowing a group suing for records from Hillary Clinton’s time as U.S. secretary of state to seek sworn testimony from officials, saying there was “evidence of government wrong-doing and bad faith.”

"Referring to the State Department, Clinton and Clinton’s aides, he said there had been “constantly shifting admissions by the Government and the former government officials.”

This is an epic situation for Mrs. Tuzla Clinton. It is going to take an epic effort to get her out of the mess she is in. There is absolutely no doubt what she did violated the law. Whether she did it knowingly, bad, or unknowingly, worse, is immaterial.

Her motive might have been sheer stupidity of the law. Or her motive might have been to hide thing she did as secretary of state. Either way, she should go down as any other American would go down. But my prediction all along is that she will not. Some underlings might take a fall as happen in the White Water investigations. Indictments might even be prepared for Mrs. Tuzla Clinton as was done during the White Water investigations. But as with the White Water investigation, the DOJ will decide, or has already decided, she is to BIG to jail.

In my opinion, what she is too big for, is spandex.

I firmly believe that what the FBI is doing is laundering the issue. They will get everything out in public, allow the liberals to defend Mrs. Tuzla in the media, and then decide not to prosecute. So everything goes away before the election and the left wing can chalk her lawlessness up to just another RWNJ conspiracy.
