I AM REALLY FUCKING PISSED OFF !!

Roman's father, Martin Barrera, told detectives that his wife starved the boy to death and put the body in the toy chest. Martin said he confronted Raquel about it but did nothing further to stop it, the complaint details.

In the complaint, Raquel's daughter told police her mother starved the boy to death as well. "Raquel's oldest daughter stated Raquel was responsible although did not state how," the complaint said.

i can not even keep track of the kids in this city who are/were being, ignored, abandoned, abused, kidnapped, raped, murdered, and killed ! this all has taken place under the watchful eye of child protection service that Janet Nippletano regime put in place 12 + years ago, Jan. 13, 2014, "Gov. Jan Brewer abolishes child welfare agency." then is creating a new cabinet-level agency to oversee child welfare. too bad they are not all in place yet.
