I believe Almost Every recent bad in the USA can be attributed to Trump and what he represents and stands for.

Trump always wanted to be larger than life. He opined on almost everything long before he became a politician -- yes he is a politician. He baited the system and opponents , portraying the all as enemies rather than opponents. He played to the angry, frustrated populist crowd. His style attracted admirers in the other camp, of Bernie's cult.

Trump was cheered on as he broke rules, challenged tradition, degraded the public discourse. Actions have consequences, and we all are paying the price. also, Look at the price many of the Jan 6 defendants are paying. Look at the price the lawyers and others who went along with the insanity are now paying?

Trump had nothing to do with stealing elections but somehow everyone on the left thinks he somehow conspired with Russia to beat Hillary.
Trump was nowhere near the Capital...all of his communications cut off by tech firms and social media. He was totally isolated. Nobody had any right to cut off his access to the outside world, but they did it. And they claim he caused a riot that was caused by the people inside and outside the Capital.
After years of listening to The View and the corrupt media trashing Trump, you claim Trump is the one causing public discourse.

Hmm, so Fauci is off the hook because he did not communicate DIRECTLY with the social media platforms, but the TRUMP ADMIN did...? Do we know who exactly? Was it Trump directly, or was it someone (anyone) in some way affiliated with his administration? Conversely, did anyone in any way connected with Fauci communicate with any social media platform? Did any social media platform infer their stance based on anything said by Fauci at any point during the pandemic?

The Jan 6th Committee first tried to resist turning everything over, then they destroyed most of the evidence they gathered to present their hearings.

They were afraid that people would find proof they perjured themselves and presented fake or doctored evidence. The most damning fact was they purposely ignored or covered up any exculpatory evidence. In a court of law that's grounds for a dismissal and disbarment due to prosecutorial misconduct.

All riots matter to some degree. But trying to prevent or overturn an election, and attacking the US House, while screaming "we want to hang the VP" and calling for the physical harm of duly elected federal Officials is in a class of it's own.
