Pretty sure they actually believe their guns are in peril. Despite their tough talk these people live in a kind of constant fear that we more rational people will never know.

A few, perhaps – but the majority don’t.

Conservatives know perfectly well that guns will neither be ‘banned’ nor ‘confiscated.’

Conservatives know that there’s no political will in Washington to do so, that any such measure will be invalidated by the conservative courts.

Indeed, expect to see in the coming years all manner of firearm regulatory measures struck down by the Supreme Court, including state AWBs and magazine capacity restrictions.

It’s one of countless examples of why conservatives are dishonest and reprehensible – knowing these facts conservatives continue to fearmonger and lie about guns being ‘banned’ and ‘confiscated.’
