No indication, that is what happened by the OP's linked article. This is the second one of a student athlete death, he's posted in the last week. Every year we see these stories. There have even been local stories like this in rural West TN. The usual story is heat, and pressure to perform the training program, lack of hydration, with often improper supervision, to recognize the warning signs. The last story of this type the OP posted, pointed to the lack of attention of adult coaching staff. This one, gives no clue what went on.

Of course, you're correct about athlete deaths occurring during summer camp each year. The issue is that the total number has risen dramatically since the vax rollout:

Did not know it was that high an increase. That being the case, athletic trainers will have to be more vigilant as to the effects of their training regimen on their athletes. It makes me want to look into what is being seen at military basic training bases to see if there is correlation.

If parents didn't send their children into the coliseum to fight like gladiators for their own entertainment and social standing, the kid would still be alive. That a parent would put their child into a sport designed to destroy their body, to destroy their brain, is immoral.
