This is the fundamental mistake that most republicans are making, to incorrectly perceive the Midterms as somehow 'representative' of the Nation as a whole, or as an 'endorsement' by the Nation as a whole of conservative dogma, when clearly it is not:

I don't think regular white people are particularly excited with the GOP platform, they just recognize the growing anti-white hostility from certain interests in the Democrat party.
