With the exception of SOME people of one certain group, most other groups do NOT consider the United States of America in 2020 as a "racist" society.

I have just heard that the (detestable) New York Times has admitted that many Hispanics & Asians in certain cities voted Republican in November.

Very interesting! It could be that the list reflects smaller populations of highly motivated people whereas the "White" population is a much larger group with varying degrees of motivation.

With UC for simply being unemployed on an at-will basis in our at-will employment States could mean anyone would be able to get rich (eventually) on their own with enough Individual Liberty and diligence since all it may require is a consistent income on a longitudinal basis.

Having married into a family of - to be blunt - uneducated, ignorant Italian immigrants, virtually ALL of whom have become financially successful - more financially successful than me, it would appear, I have some sense of how one goes from penniless to "reasonably well off" in one lifetime.

These guys started with literally nothing (wives never worked). None of them spoke English. They started off working in construction through an Italian "network," and essentially all of them did landscaping work on the side. In total, they all worked seven days per week, although that slacked off in the Winter months. They lived very frugally and in squalor at first, saving every dime they could. Paid cash for everything. As soon as they could afford a house and a pickup truck (within five years, in most cases) they started their own businesses. Either small construction or landscaping or both. "Marketing" was exclusively by word of mouth. Their businesses grew. When possible, they would buy decrepit old houses, fix them up, then rent them out - some would think of it as a retirement plan. Their business savvy is remarkable. Few of them worked cheaply, even at first. Even today, when I occasionally talk to one of their customers, what I get is, "They are a little expensive, but do first class work."

Their kids all went to college and many are now middle-aged professionals (doctors, lawyers, CPA's).

None of them ever got a "business loan" of any kind until they were well-established and wanted to buy heavy equipment for their construction projects. Loans were paid off quickly.

The point is, IMMIGRANTS see opportunities here that "Americans" don't see. The list of ethnics pictured above is fueled by immigrants who see the value of education and understand the opportunities presented to entrepreneurs in this country. And as for the distinction between individual income and household income, only one of those numbers counts, and if you don't know which one it is, you are a fool.

Most immigrants that come here have a family member ALREADY here to sponsor them, give them a place to stay and help them find jobs.

If English is a problem, many family members accompany them to job interviews, speak for them and help them fill out documents that they do not understand.
