What I am thinking of would be similar to the proposed Amazon flying warehouse, but only smaller.
Airborne fulfillment center utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles for item delivery
Wal-Mart has an idea for a floating warehouse that could make deliveries via drones
It would be a drone, missile and smart bomb launching platform designed to stay over the target indefinitely powered by batteries and solar panels.
The drones would primarily use laser sighting to guide bombs and missiles into the target and provide akak suppression.
The bottom and sides of the aircraft would by covered with stealth tech to include optic fiber concealment that bends the light around the craft.
There would be a main craft kept afloat with high quality fans, helium bladders and rockets for adjusting position in a short span of time.
It would have point defense systems and electronic warfare counter methods as well.
