The Abbott Government says it will take 12,000 extra Syrian refugees.

Tony Abbott says they will be drawn particularly from “persecuted minorities” - his code for Christians.

Yet this is a policy that does not dare speak its name. Asked a hostile question by Paul Bongiorno at the press conference about this supposed bigotry, Abbott flinched and said some Muslim groups could be considered “persecuted minorities”, too.

Aside from the political divisions and econ damage, in less that 20 years at the current rate Europe will be completely overrun and outvoted by Islamists.

For the same reason Israel will never allow a right of return for the "Palestinians", Europe needs to stop this now, or it will cease to be.

The effect of non-assimilation of cultures hostile to the cultures and legal traditions of the host nations, not to say the strain on regional economies supporting their "guests" will in time and with the continued growth of such alien invasions bring the country down.
