Nah, neither rulings really make a hill of beans. SCOTUSCARE was not going to get invalidated over them wording it with trying to force states to create exchanges.
Gay marriage is more troubling because of the legal gymnastics that Kennedy had to perform but even that, so what?
Where the left lost even bigger then the right was with Obamatrade. Obama and Bohner screwed the working men while you all were crowing because you can now marry your brother.
