No real details yet.

Hopefully it will turn out to be a kid with a BB gun, no harm done.

There are reports of an active shooter at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.

**!ATTENTION!** An active shooter has just been reported in building #26 at Naval Medical Center San Diego. All occupants are advised to run, hide or fight. All non-emergency response personnel are asked to stay away from the compound, located at 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134

SAN DIEGO (RNN) - The Naval Medical Center San Diego posted a report of an active shooter on social media Tuesday morning.

The Facebook post advised people to run, hide or fight if they spotted the shooter. The center also asked all non-emergency personnel to stay away from the site.
