One of the younger actors admits that he just "blindly chose a side" in the gun debate. Another says she is now inspired to do more research. At the very minimum, the video is full of good information for pro-Second Amendment people.

AR-15 rifles and semi auto rifles are not assault weapons...of any kind, they have been used to stop criminals and to keep people and businesses safe when people like you are rioting, looting and burning communities....

AR-15 rifles are specifically protected by the 2nd Amendment, per Heller because they are the most common and most popular rifle in the united states....

The AR-15 style rifles are the most popular rifles used in sport, in the US.
And, banning them, would indeed be an affront to the 2nd Amendment. Just a reminder, as you seem to have either forgotten or are completely ignorant of, why the 2nd Amendment exists. The "founding fathers" placed the 2nd Amendment into the Constitution as they were aware that it was with the help of civilian colonists that they could oppose a tyrannical government, whether foreign, or domestic. Thus they felt that the citizenry should be allowed to be armed with weapons similar to those forces that would impose their oppressive will upon the populace; meaning rifles and pistols similar to opposing military forces. The American people have allowed the federal government to restrict ownership of true "assault weapons," however, as the AR-15 is not classified as a true assault weapon, it can still be utilized as an effective weapon in defense of the state as originally intended, whereas single shot bolt actions would not be an effective deterrent in this day and age. Germany's bolt action Mauser's vs the M1 Garand is a good example. Military experts contend that the more rapid fire of the semi-automatic M1 Garand was far more effective than the Mauser bolt action and helped turn the tide in the Allies favor.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but gun ownership and violent crime throughout the world simply do not correlate very reliably for guns to cause violent crime. The presence of negroes, on the other hand...
