Stupid question. I just wanted to share with you that while Republicans are doing away with affirmative action, fortune 500 companies are moving forward to make their companies more diverse.
All the signatories serve as leaders of their companies and have committed to implementing the following pledge within their workplaces.

Moreover, we know that diversity is good for the economy; it improves corporate performance, drives growth and enhances employee engagement.
Simply put, organizations with diverse teams perform better.
