True, if the Dems do win in 2020 it could mean big trouble if they also gain the Senate. BUT - I don't think they'll last too long in power, census or no census. They'll fuck it up and get thrown out of office. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised to see a string on one-term presidents, assuming I'm still alive by then.
