Violations of the Separations of powers. Criminal acts using the EPA and IRS to target those they do not agree with. Shall I go on? The list is long and any one item is grounds for imprisonment. Just wait until the republican congress is seated and we get a good look at Lerners and Obama's emails...
I fully expect a special prosecutor called for by the House.
Violation of the separation of powers? I was unaware that was a prosecutable offense. And what statutes were violated in their use of the EPA and the IRS? And then, since those are both agencies of the Executive Branch, precisely what role was played by democratic senators and representatives in ANYTHING they might have done?
