SUBTOPIC: UN Calls Israel To Investigate...

This is a case of:
Until the Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) are held accountable for the terrorist activities conducted:
The Israelis can make a list of violations of Customary and International Humanitarian Law (IHL): (to name the obvious few of the many violations)
And it should be note that the mere attacks on the Israelis is a violation:
Additionally, the Arab Palestinians have violated Human Rights Law (HRL) that Entered into force: 23 March 1976 (almost a half-century ago):
And make no mistake, The Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) has a policy of Jihadism going back to 1988:
In the three decades since the Slogan, the Policy and the Strategy was written, HAMAS has incorporated other like minded organizations within the Arab Palestinian people: Jihadists, Fedayeen Activist, Hostile Insurgents, Radicalized Islamic Followers, and Asymmetric Fighters.
Finally: There is the question as to the complicity of the general Arab Palestinians in the facilitation of support for the Islamic Resistance that orchestrated multiple Jihadist attacks against Israel in nearly every engagement. It should be noted that the Arab Palestinians openly provide for ways to fund their activities β
I have no sympathy for Islamic Resistance and the complicit General Population that facilitated such an act - to fire 3000 rockets (indiscriminately - Rule # 11) and launch an invasion (Article 51) into sovereign territory.
Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. (To my knowledge, the Security Council has not launched any force that would be "necessary to maintain international peace and security" in that region.)

BOMBSHELL: UN Calls Israel To Investigate Allegations Of 'Execution' Of 11 Unarmed Palestinians
(COMMENT)
This is a case of:
β Selective allegation
β Selective Prosecution
β Selective Enforcement
The UN is NOT and never has been anything other than anti-Semitic, anti-Israeli, and pro-Palestinian in its collective political position.Until the Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) are held accountable for the terrorist activities conducted:
β Since the 1970 1970 hijacking of B-727 Olympic Airways Flight 255
β Since the 1973 Attack on the Israeli Olympic Team -
β Since the 1973 Rome-Fiumicino Airport Attack
β Since the 1978 Coastal Road massacre -
β Since the 1985 Piracy takeover of the MS Achille Lauro -
β Since the many - many Bombings against the Israeli general Population -
β Since the many - many ground incursions and attacks -
β Since the thousand and thousand of rocket and mortar attacks -
The Israelis can make a list of violations of Customary and International Humanitarian Law (IHL): (to name the obvious few of the many violations)
Rule 11 - Indiscriminate attacks are prohibited...
Rule 20 - Each party to the conflict must give effective advance warning of attacks which may affect the civilian population, unless circumstances do not permit...
Rule 23 - Each party to the conflict must, to the extent feasible, avoid locating military objectives within or near densely populated areas...
Rule 24 - Each party to the conflict must, to the extent feasible, remove civilian persons and objects under its control from the vicinity of military objectives...
Rule 96 - The taking of hostages is prohibited...
Rule 97 - The use of human shields is prohibited...
And it should be note that the mere attacks on the Israelis is a violation:
No matter what the HoAP says, a prima facie case can be made that the Arab Palestinians have violated many many more aspects of Customary and International Humanitarian Law than the Israelis.Excerpt of Article 68 of the Fourth Geneva Convention said:(ie Internationa Humanitarian Law)
Protected persons (Arab Palestinians) who commit an offence which is solely intended to harm the Occupying Power (Israel), but which does not constitute an attempt on the life or limb of members of the occupying forces or administration, nor a grave collective danger, nor seriously damage the property of the occupying forces or administration or the installations used by them, shall be liable to internment or simple imprisonment, provided the duration of such internment or imprisonment is proportionate to the offence committed. Furthermore, internment or imprisonment shall, for such offences, be the only measure adopted for depriving protected persons of liberty. The courts provided for under Article 66 of the present Convention may at their discretion convert a sentence of imprisonment to one of internment for the same period. The penal provisions promulgated by the Occupying Power in accordance with Articles 64and 65 may impose the death penalty on a protected person only in cases where the person is guilty of espionage, of serious acts of sabotage against the military installations of the Occupying Power or of intentional offences which have caused the death of one or more persons, provided that such offences were punishable by death under the law of the occupied territory in force before the occupation began. The death penalty may not be pronounced against a protected person unless the attention of the court has been particularly called to the fact that since the accused is not a national of the Occupying Power, he is not bound to it by any duty of allegiance.
"The penal provisions promulgated by the Occupying Power in accordance with Articles 64and 65 may impose the death penalty on a protected person only in cases where the person is guilty of espionage, of serious acts of sabotage against the military installations of the Occupying Power or of intentional offences which have caused the death of one or more persons, provided that such offences were punishable by death under the law of the occupied territory in force before the occupation began."
Additionally, the Arab Palestinians have violated Human Rights Law (HRL) that Entered into force: 23 March 1976 (almost a half-century ago):
Article 20 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
1. Any propaganda for war shall be prohibited by law.
2. Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.
AND - Hamas makes the point that they:General Principles and Policies said:20. Hamas believes that no part of the land of Palestine shall be compromised or conceded, irrespective of the causes, the circumstances and the pressures and no matter how long the occupation lasts. Hamas rejects any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea.
And make no mistake, The Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) has a policy of Jihadism going back to 1988:
β The Slogan: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes
β The Strategy: There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad. Initiatives, proposals and international conferences are all a waste of time and vain endeavors.
It should be noted that the Arab Palestinians openly provide for ways to fund their activities β
β Propaganda,
β Financial assistance,
β Acquisition of Missiles and missile launchers; and Small arms and light weapons,
β Terror attacks,
β Recruitment,
β Cover and Concealment in prohibited areas, densely populated areas, and humanitarian facilities,
For anyone, anywhere in the world, to defend not only the HoAP but the General Population of Arab Palestinians is (in itself) questionable in terms of moral and ethical value. Israel suffered (Oct 2023) over 1000 killed - in perspective - the US suffered β 2000+ killed on the Day of Infamy (Dec 1941). While the death toll in the Pearl Harbor surprise attack was twice that the Israelis suffered in the invasion of Israel, the impact was just as devastating. And the Israeli response to the HASAM invasion was just as reactive.I have no sympathy for Islamic Resistance and the complicit General Population that facilitated such an act - to fire 3000 rockets (indiscriminately - Rule # 11) and launch an invasion (Article 51) into sovereign territory.
