Calling Social Security a form of slavery is an insult to the memory of the REAL slaves who suffered so badly. And I don't care who said it.

The hyperbole in our political rhetoric has rendered both ends no longer credible. Meanwhile, the ship continues to sink.

Ten years ago I would have if you had reduced my burden to 2.5%. I would have kept paying and taken the difference and been much better off. I would have signed away any claim to it.
