Almost half of Americans work in low-wage jobs

America's unemployment rate is at a half-century low, but it also has a job-quality problem that affects nearly half the population, with a study finding 44% of U.S. workers are employed in low-wage jobs that pay median annual wages of $18,000.

Contrary to popular opinion, these workers aren't teenagers or young adults just starting their careers,

What a muddled claim.

So half of these "low-wage" workers earn more than $18,000 a year, half earn less.
Half earn less than $10.22 an hour, half earn more.

Contrary to popular opinion, these workers aren't teenagers or young adults just starting their careers,

If we booted 20 million low wage illegals, low wage Americans would earn more.

No kidding? Have you thought about arresting their enablers for stealing good wages away from legal citizens? Hell no, because a coward wouldn't do such a thing. Those folks blame the symptom not the cause. That's why they are called cowards.

The problem with that logic is that it cost over $100,000 a year to imprison those illegal employees.

There is one solution to this long-running GOP scam wedge issue, pass the 2010 comprehensive immigration bill with an ID card that would end this goddamn mess. And of course that includes a kind of amnesty for worthy hard-working illegals.

so you would grant citizenship to those who violated our laws and entered our country illegally. propose that idea to any legal immigrant and see how they like it.

The only solution that will work is to enforce our immigration laws, secure our borders and give some kind of special dispensation to those here illegally who have committed no crimes other than entering illegally.

Did you see the video of illegals climbing the Trump wall in no time by simply throwing a rope ladder over the top and climbing. LOL what a waste of money for a un-american stupid idiotic scam.
