I think I got wisdom teeth as a kid that needed pulling out, but apparently they outsmarted the doctor, fled somewhere and are currently in hiding in Mauritania looking to start their own political party now.

Why? If you are born without the ability to grow 32 teeth, you have a birth defect. My wisdom teeth are sideways and never grew in, and that is not normal either. My daughter was born with two teeth already showing. My son's canines are extended and he has small vampire fangs. Shit happens.
