It means Americans have goals and dreams they still want to fulfill, dreams they work hard to make come true without having to have some of that money be TAKEN from them by criminals who have no respect for hard-working Americans or our laws and given to criminals who have no respect for this country, our citizens, or our laws.

It means instead of standing with Illegals over American citizens and shutting down the US govt for the benefit of illegals the Democrats should stand with Americans. That's a prime example of Democrats being the polar opposite of Trump ('America 1st') - 'Illegals 1st'.
