There were multiple appeals. He appealed the judges ruling rejecting his call for the dismissal of charges. And every appeals court found the charges were legal and constitutional. Explicitly contradicting your baseless personal opinion backed by nothing but your feelings that the charges were in error.

Trump ALSO appealed the gag order. And failed there too. His record of failure on the NY case is perfect.
