Democrats ought to know. If you polled every member of the KKK in it's heyday you would probably find that they were all registered democrats. Al Gore, senator Gore was a segregationist as was most of the democrat party during the 60's. Thanks to the left wing media democrats managed to reverse their image while they were creating the new plantation of the "great society".
