yes...and i'm fine with that.. they do more damage but Biden wants to put term limits on SC justices so that isn't good. The safest course for all of us is that if the dems are for something...we should be against.

A Congress member must run for re-election every two or six years.
A Supreme Court Justice never faces election and is there for life. That is why they should have a term limit
