The judge involved, U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb, was nominated by The Peanut Farmer and and previous rule that a Day of Prayer was unconstitutional was unconstitution was unanimously dismissed by an appeals court. Hopefully this one will be too.

A federal judge struck down a 1951 law that gives members of the clergy tax-free housing allowances.
