Is it being spent? Been a lot of Republicans, hamming it up for the home folks on bringing infrastructure money home district, sometimes by people that voted against infrastructure. I had the impression, Republicans never gave a rats ass about infrastructure was in the run-up to an election, and voted against, just as party principle the rest of the time.
