Talk about leaving the accused defenseless. I keep hearing the same argument for rape. When a woman is GENUINELY RAPED as in she didn't make it up we should automatically believe her and throw the first man in jail that she accuses. Doesn't the man get a right to defend himself in front of a jury of his peers? He can't if they are programmed to automatically believe her without question because their is no argument he can make that could possibly save him from being acquitted. The left wing militant women have kind of destroyed a sacred thing in our judicial system which is innocent until proven guilty.
