While a media "fact check" with the argument "there is no evidence" the Columbus doors were opened by police from the inside, it admits the Capitol Police will not put the issue to rest by answering a simple question: can the outer door only be unlocked to the outside or not? The "fact check" attempts to conflate the outer door being opened to someone outside vs. being pushed from the inside, a simple fire safety measure.
