maybe. but many years ago when the left demanded that rebel flag be taken down, they kept saying "this is all we want, to remove this flag".

ever since the right caved on that they did as i suspected - went and found other shit to get mad at and demand that ends also. hell dukes of hazard became racist all of a sudden. schools had to be renamed. streets as well. religious monuments to WWI vets must now be torn down cause they're on gov land and how dare they....

and now we must ban this song. all that did, allowing them the flag, was open the floodgates to them finding other shit to get mad at like an improvisational scavenger hunt.
