Nothing particularly newsworthy about 7 people dying in a cargo plane crash, but this video is made me think that backing up was a really good idea.

So why did the plane suddenly go nose-up and stall?

Maybe a load shift, a heavy vehicle inside breaking loose and rolling to the back end of the plane. That's all I can think of. Skies are grey, but there doesn't seem to be any big winds blowing.

There was apparently a report from the pilots about a load shift before the plane went down.
