Before the NEXT debate, simply clear his schedule for two weeks before the debate, go into a health spa for total rest, massage, relaxation, movies, health drinks, multivitamins, total rest and 16 hours a day sleep, clear his schedule with no presidential duties no matter what, then have the debate at 1PM in the afternoon during his peak daily cycle sitting in a heated vibrating recliner getting foot massages with a 5 minute break and hot tea between debate questions, and then Joe can PROVE to us that during the first debate, he was just having an off night and let's watch him light Trump up and rock his world proving to us Joe really IS fit and ready to tackle a whole 'nother four years running the country and I will believe it.
