I suppose it is a good thing that the President Biden does not necessarily need to be able to get a security clearance to be President. Or is it?
Remember, Presidents, members of congress, and other elected officials don’t go through a traditional background investigation process.

The current influx of scandalous evidence surrounding Joe Biden’s family raises an intriguing question: would he be eligible for a security clearance if he were not the president and applied for a position at the CIA or FBI?

According to Kevin Brock, a retired FBI Assistant Director for Intelligence, Biden would not be an appealing candidate for an FBI agent’s job, especially when considering security.

Biden allegedly has been part of an organized campaign to pressure energy executives in communist China to make payments.


Biden had classified documents stored in an insecure garage.

Biden has been accused by a much-used and reliable FBI informant of bribery in Ukraine.

Former CIA analyst and National Security Council chief of staff Fred Fleitz said that if Joe Biden were applying for a job in the CIA, he would not receive a clearance due to ethical conflicts and payments from China.

The point is no president or any politician could ever get a security clearance.
Financial stability is one of the key criteria, and political campaign funds are always VERY shady.

Presidents never get or need any security clearance, because they are directly authorized by the people who elect them.
So then it was impossible for Trump to have committed any violation over classified docs, since in essence, all classified docs during his administration, belonged to him and him alone.

According to you know who, Biden can do whatever he wants. Even pardon himself. I mean his former self. The VP who had classified documents. DONE. Forgiven. Above the law. And if Biden wanted to take Trump out because he's a threat to the American way, he could do it now because the Senate is controlled by Democrats and even if the House impeached him, the Senate would not convict.

And if Biden loses, he should take Trump out and like Mitch said, he could not impeach Trump for Jan 6 because technically he's not president anymore. Then you have to give Biden a pass in the courts.

The only reason I'm open to it is they are kids. Freedom is for adults. You know kids in school don't have the same rights as you and I right? Freedom of speech? Freedom to carry a gun? Right to protest. Freedom of the press. None of that exists in schools.
