Why do you believe that the rich deserve 90% +

In communism, you ARE property - property of the state.
False, communism is a stateless society, without socioeconomic classes or the need for money.

" Communism (from Latin communis, 'common, universal')[1][2] is a left-wing to far-left sociopolitical, philosophical, and economic ideology within the socialist movement,[1] whose goal is the creation of a communist society, a socioeconomic order centered around common ownership of the means of production, distribution, and exchange that allocates products to everyone in the society based on need.[3][4][5] A communist society would entail the absence of private property and social classes,[1] and ultimately money[6] and the state (or nation state).[7][8][9]

Communists often seek a voluntary state of self-governance but disagree on the means to this end. This reflects a distinction between a more libertarian socialist approach of communization, revolutionary spontaneity, and workers' self-management, and a more authoritarian vanguardist or communist party-driven approach through the development of a socialist state, followed by the withering away of the state.[10] "

"The absence of private property, social classes, and ultimately money, and the state"...

Private property unlike personal property, is any property that is used to exploit other human beings for a profit. Personal property is any property that is for personal use. So your house, car, computers, guns, stamp collection, plot of land to grow your own food, toothbrush, and fruit of the looms, are your personal property, provided it's for your personal use and not to exploit others for a profit. We, communists, ban the commodification of human labor, through a "labor market", reducing human beings to the "means of production". In socialism (the beginning of the process of the communist revolution), the workers own the means of mass production collectively.

Communism within a modern context, is "high-communism" (high-tech communism) vs the primitive communism of our ancestors (hunter-gatherer, low-tech, tribal communism), begins as a socialist worker's dictatorship (all states are a dictatorship, ruled either of the majority or of a small minority of elitists), until the state apparatus naturally dissolves or withers away, due to high-tech production technology, allowing the individual consumer to have full control over the means of production. The personal, consumer control of production, leads to the "withering away of the state":

The term "withering away of the state", was coined by Engels, the close friend and fellow socialist philosopher of Karl Marx, and endorsed by Marx as a valid concept. Communists want to eliminate the state, but it can only be done by empowering the individual consumer, once technology personalizes production to the point that a person does not need anyone else to produce the goods they consume. At that point, scarcity is eliminated and all human relations between adults are 100% voluntary and without coercion.

Advanced automation, artificial general intelligence or AGI, nanotech, quantum computing, atomic precision manufacturing, space "zero-gravity" manufactured materials, will render the state useless and politicians into mere administrators under the control of their constituents.

Consumers in the future will be more mobile, mostly turning their mode of transportation and exploration into their homes. No government administration will be able to control people who can simply pack up and go as soon as the government becomes heavy-handed and oppressive. People just leave the colony or territory and go somewhere else. What is a king without subjects or a dictator without anyone to dictate to?

And you're property of the corporation in capitalism.
That's the thing, I'm not. Socialists always try to spin this equivalence but it's completely false. I can tell corporations to piss off, whenever I feel like it. I don't have to do what they tell me. It doesn't work that way with government.
This is why we need a middle ground.
Freedom is the middle ground.
