Reading the link you find in the 2nd paragraph that the poll really said that 80% of republicans (with a + or- 3% margin for error) would vote for Trump and 80% of the democrats polled would vote for Biden. How they managed to come up with a 7 point lead for Biden probably indicates the same skewed and crooked polling that had Hillary ahead by 10 this time two years ago.
