It really doesn't matter what Joe Biden wants to do, what matters is what Joe Manchin wants to do.

He has a reasonable approach to environmental protection. The green new deal was aspirational. Everything in it. Even significant cost outlays we don’t have. Biden’s plan is measured. Anyone who freaks out about it hasn’t even read it. It’s below but I put a few points for non readers.

Doesn’t ban frackin. Doesn’t ban oil exports. Doesn’t end fossil fuel. Does incentivize moving toward clean energy.

and it will be required by law all homes and businesses have to install solar panels ... this will put the oil companies out of business everything runs green... if they don't then they get no power to their homes or gas ... period ... its time to change the way things are done ...
