The backbone of the country is small business and the backbone of small business is mostly white males.

And that is ONLY a matter of population demographics. There are more white people, thus more white-owned businesses.

I don't mind us helping minority-owned businesses but not to the exclusion of white-owned businesses.

I can't assign a REASON, I can only note that men are more likely to start and operate a business than women and more white men than minorities. I'll leave it up to smarter people than me as to whether that is due to some gender, racial propensity or a mere matter of statistical averages. Perhaps Joe Biden can weigh in and conclude for us that it is due to White Privilege, and thus slap a penalty and burden on white people to force the desired social outcome democrats want so they sleep better at night feeling good about themselves.

One exception does not mean that ALL of the rest of the funding discriminates against white males. And unless they've designed this fund under some umbrella that exempts them, then I'm not surprised that they ran up against Oregon's discrimation laws.
