To say he’s in over his head is an understatement to the extreme.

Exactly.

The democratic party's willingness to conspire with the media in order to foist a total incompetent on the American people is becoming obvious even to democrat diehards.

Still yet....they in a general sense are not willing to accept the obvious truth regarding sloe joe....but they will say now he is too old to run again.

I do not think he will run again....many forget that in his campaign he said in response to the clamour at the time that he was too old.... promising he would not run again if elected.

His handlers quickly made him refute that understanding that such a promise would make him a lame duck president.

Joe and presumably his family knows he is in over his head -- he tries to ignore his dismal ratings in the polls, he is a tired old man with little stamina, no real vigour(most likely on drugs to keep him going) and no real work ethic....hence I think he is more than ready to retire permanently and try and enjoy what little time he has left---despite what he is currently saying.

If you think Joe's deliberations are slow when it comes to policy decisions, you should just see him when his handlers take him for his daily visit to Baskin and Robbins.
