As far as your feeble attempt to conflate an out of context photo of a 6 year old child to the deliberations of 6 nations to reach a nuclear peace accord with Iran goes it was a complete and utter failure.

For starters it was Bush jr who initiated the process and who deserves the credit for doing so.
