According to the American Heart Association, hypertension-related deaths in the black community increased from 171,259 to 270,839 annually from 2000-2018. Given the trends shown by the AHA over 270,000 blacks wil die of heart reated health issues this year due to the stress of living with white racism. This number means that on average 740 blacks that die every day because of white racism.
