U.S. taxpayer money has been used to fund Blackwater mercenaries who has been operating in Syria to assist and train terrorists, and Obongo is well aware of it. It's a US funded "secret war" with "obama's private army".

One major American mercenary group, Blackwater (aka Reflex Responses, aka Xena, aka Xe Services, aka Academi) is playing a major role in assisting the terrorists operating in Syria. Blackwater got its 800-man base in UAE in 2010 with the approval of President Obama. Kateri Carmola, a professor at Middlebury College in Vermont who researches the use of private security companies, told the New York Times last year that it was common for countries to hire contractors for military training, but that it appeared that Reflex Responses had more ambitious goals both in the U.A.E. and elsewhere. "There is no real legal precedent for a company like this, where the U.A.E. would be used as a launch pad for a wide range of missions, and potentially for a wide range of clients," she said.
What she said then, is indeed now the case. In Nov. 2012, Franklin Lamb, writing in the Counterpunch, said, foreign-supplied weapons to Syrian rebels arrive by air, sea, and mainly by land from Iraq, Turkey, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and occupied Palestine. "The recent arrival in southern Turkey and along the northern Syrian border of Blackwater mercenaries is expected to increase the foreign arms flow," Lamb said.
On March 7, 2012, speaking to Lebanon-based website Al-Manar, Syrian expert in strategic affairs Salim Harba revealed that a coordination office was established in Qatar under American-Gulf sponsorship. The office includes American, French, and Gulf specifically from Qatar and Saudi Arabia intelligence agents, as well as CIA, Mossad, and Blackwater agents and members of the Syrian Transitional Council.
Former State Department spokesman Mark Tonerhad pointed out to the NYT in May 2011 that Blackwater (which renamed itself Xe Services) paid $42 million in fines in 2010 for training foreign troops in Jordan and other countries over the years.
