Blueness & Sensitivity of the Russians
P:........ very BLUE.
When talking to and dealing with Russians ......... you must be sensitive to their blue needs (gayness) as one gay lover to another or it is considered to be rude.
Maybe if President Obama would have shown some sensitivity, Russian authorities may have returned Snowden.
The problem is the clash of cultures, the Russians being sensitive, and Americans being men.
